The game of golf is rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. On Sunday, Chesson Hadley rose to the top of that ride once again, picking up a victory at the Web.com Tour’s LECOM Health Challenge in Findley Lake, New York.

Hadley shot a lights-out, tournament record of 23-under for the weekend, holding off Beau Hossler by one stroke. The ride didn’t stop there however, as Hadley cemented an even bigger accomplishment by achieving tour status with his victory.
After three years without a win and being knocked off the PGA Tour, Hadley could finally breathe a sigh of relief in his winning interview. Hadley called this weekend’s victory, “The best one of them all just because of where I have been and how the last couple of years have gone.”

Hadley, who turned 30 last week on July 5, got to share a more than deserved belated birthday present with his wife and two kids. He looks to bring his signature snap back to the Tour in 2018 and to hopefully regain his 2014 form where he was named PGA Tour Rookie of the Year.
