Justin Thomas Saves Par With Incredible Shot at WGC-Dell

In the opening round of the WGC–Dell Match Play, Justin Thomas found himself having to hit a blind wedge shot out of the hazard on the par-4 9th hole. JT said he had a nice lie, but still, he nailed it!

He would go on to save par and halve the hole en route to a first-round victory against Luke List.

When asked to rank the shot, Thomas said, “One out 10, a 50 probably. With the lie I had, I was extremely lucky to have the lie. I still don’t want it over.”
