During day one of the Solheim Cup, Team Europe’s Emily Pedersen provided the shot of the day by holing out from 178 on the par-3 12th.
Pedersen’s hole-in-one during the afternoon fourballs was just the second ace in Solheim Cup history with Anna Nordqvist (Europe) making the first some ten years ago in 2013.
The 27-year-old Dane called it a “surreal” experience while teammates cited it as a “momentum changer.”
