Before having to return the Claret Jug, Zach Johnson let fellow golfers Rickie Fowler and Justin Thomas take these pictures of themselves drinking from the Open Championship trophy.
As is customary with the Open Championship the winner must return the Claret Jug before the next year’s tournament but does receive a replica to keep.
Clearly it’s been tough for the Johnson family to let go of the oldest trophy in golf.
