According to Watson not only is he Danny Lee’s favorite player, but Wednesdays are not for laying up. Then he proceeds to hit his driver off the deck.
Not sure where the ball ended up but judging by Bubba’s grunt at the end of the video it doesn’t look good. If it was a great shot, we know it. Watson is not one to ‘act like you’ve been there before.’
Here’s to hoping the weekend at the PGA Championship isn’t for laying up either. We need to see more players hitting driver off the deck.
