After parting ways with longtime caddie Tim Tucker in Detroit, Bryson DeChambeau announced his new caddie with an Instagram video.
Starting this week at The Open at Royal St. George’s in Sandwich, England, DeChambeau will have Brian Zeigler on the bag.
Zeigler is an instructor at DeChambeau’s home club, Dallas National.
“Jumping into the deep end! “Excited to have Brian Zeigler joining the team as my new caddie,” said DeChambeu in the video.
“Can’t wait to have him be a part of the journey. Thank you to my great friend Tim Tucker for everything he has done for me. I am grateful for our friendship.”
Tucker was on the bag for each of DeChambeau’s eight career PGA Tour wins, including last year’s U.S. Open victory.
