Formerly known as the No. 3 sandwich at Hagar’s Manhattan Deli in Iowa, the now “Zach Johnson” sandwich was renamed because Johnson kept ordering it every time he went there with college buddies and teammates.
If that’s how things always worked in the food industry Dunkin’s would have to rename their medium iced coffee.
The “Zach Johnson” is packed with ham, hard salami, pepperoni, provolone, hot pepper cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion with mayo & oil on a hoagie bun. That’s an ace of a sandwich.
