Lexi Thompson Working Out to FGL at CordeValle

Lexi Thompson, the world’s 4th ranked women’s golfer, posted a video of herself on Instagram getting in some core workouts at CordeValle, jamming to Florida Georgia Line.

Hey, when you’re a professional athlete, it’s this type of dedication away from the range and practice green that takes you to an elite level.

Not a bad spot to fit in some of my core work before I go out and practice more ? usually when I'm on the road I stick to more body weight workouts and stretching to keep me loose and ready for my events.??
