A marshal at the Volvo China Open was just minding his own business, probably scrolling through a feed of memes (or maybe not), and out of nowhere a golf ball comes flying his way.
After the ball nearly hit him, the ball hawk took off almost as if to hide.
Too late, though, as it was all captured on TV, with one of the announcers joking, “suddenly, woke up the marshal there.”
The European Tour media team did a little reverse/fast-forward edit, mixing in some Benny Hill music for full effect.
