We don’t know if he’s going to kneel on the first tee, or raise his fist in the air before teeing off, but we do know this about Kirk Triplett: He’s correct.
Black lives do matter. So do white lives. And brown lives. And all lives for that matter.
Ask the family of 5-year old Cannon Hinnant.
However, Black Lives Matter, the movement brand being promoted by Triplett, is a far-left political organization, whose own charter calls for abolishing the American capitalist system, and obliterating the American nuclear family.
In other words, Black Lives Matter wants to end America as we know it.
Think this is hyperbole? This week, BLM mobs “protested” in the suburbs of Seattle, bull-horning the homes of residents, shouting, “Give us your home!”
Its own founder admits BLM leaders are “trained Marxists, with the stated goal of replacing capitalism with socialism.
Appearing on FOX News, another BLM leader recently said, “If this country doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down this system.”
Yet Triplett, who claims to be “well-read,” seems absolutely oblivious to the radical politics of BLM.
“I’m not trying to make a big statement,” said Triplett, ironically. “For the first time I was kind of motivated that I don’t think we’re thinking enough about this in the circles that I travel in. I think we see it. We’re well-read. We understand. But I don’t think things are going to get accomplished until the circles that I travel in really understand it better.
“Sometimes it’s too easy to really not even think about it. I guess that’s why I put it on there.”
As if waking from a three-month long nap, Triplett then claimed that golf, which has seen its TV ratings skyrocket, should change course, and follow the lead of the fully-woke NBA – a brand which is in the midst of ruination after fully embracing BLM politicking and sloganeering.
Triplett even went so far as to cite the WNBA, which produced its only real headline of the season by walking off the court during the playing of the National Anthem.
“This message isn’t out here. It’s in other sports, it’s in the NBA, it’s in MLS, it’s in the women’s soccer league, it’s in the WNBA,” said Triplett. “I don’t see it in golf, so I put it on there.”
Either Triplett is a dunce who’s being duped by a family member, or he’s a willing participant in the promotion of this virulent anti American Marxist organization – a group which splashed onto the political scene several years ago by infamously chanting, “Pigs in a blanket. Fry em like bacon… What do we want? Dead cops! When do we want em? Now!”
Triplett hasn’t teed off yet. But he’s already way left, and OB.
You make total sense. ?
Some have emailed to tell us Triplett has an adopted black son and this clumsy effort is on behalf of him. That’s all good and well, as his son’s life does matter. Every life matters. It’s not debatable. But when you show up at a Tour event sporting the ominous BLM logo you may as well put a hammer and sickle on your hat too because you’re supporting Marxism.
And you have the IQ of used golf ball…
