One week after golf fans watched spectators at Kiawah Island crush the COVID hysteria in the U.S., they were met with a dose of reality this week in Denmark at the Made in Himmerland event.

In a post showing a sign that read, “Dear Fans We Miss You So Much See You All In 2022,” the European Tour wrote: “Himmerland Hill without fans won’t be the same.”

As a table setter: For the past 18 months, Denmark’s government has used the COVID-19 pandemic to enact some of the most restrictive and repressive policies in the world, and they are clearly having a difficult time letting go of that ill gained power.

And the Euro Tour fans agree. They were not buying the continued power grab by the Social Democrat Danes.

Grace said, “PGA championship said ‘there’s a virus?’

Mike: “Need fans back on the European Tour!!”

Adam: “Running from something not even real…..”

Robinson: “So weak.”

Ed: “Pull it from venue. Go elsewhere. What do the flags indicate?”

Clef: “Bc having fans wearing masks is impossible?”

Jr: “Lmao ? pathetic.”

TJ: “Imagine not having fans due to a hoax ?.”

Doug: “Let them back in.”
